- All activities under your account are solely your responsibility
- We may suspend or terminate any account without explanation
- We are not responsible for losses from compromised accounts
User Obligations
You must NOT:
- Upload false, misleading, or misrepresented property data
- Violate IP rights or third-party rights
- Use automated scraping tools
- Engage in harmful or fraudulent behaviour
- Manipulate Platform systems or ratings
Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.
Intellectual Property & Content Rights
By uploading any content (property details, images, documents, messages, videos, etc.), you grant the Company:
Rights to: use, host, store, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, and monetise your content in any manner.
You cannot withdraw this license for content previously shared.
Payments & Subscriptions
- All payments are non-refundable
- Pricing may change at our discretion
- Disputes with banks/payment gateways are not our responsibility
- Service continuity depends on successful payment
No Warranty
Platform is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of listings
- Availability of services
- Lead quality
- Suitability for any specific purpose
- Error-free experience
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to INR 1,000. Enforceable under Indian law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, officers, partners, and affiliates from:
- Claims & losses
- Damages & legal actions
- Penalties & costs
- Attorney fees
...arising from your use of the Platform, uploaded content, violations, or interactions with other users.
Third-Party Services
We are not liable for any third-party services linked or integrated with our Platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, Platform access, or any service at any time, with or without cause, and without liability.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
